CEMLab holds its annual scientific day in Sfax
ENIS-CEMLab organised its laboratory scientific day (Journée scientifique du laboratoire) in Sfax, bringing members and doctoral students together around the laboratory's 2025 research.
CEMLab organised its Journée scientifique du laboratoire (laboratory scientific day) at the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS), Tunisia.
The day is meant to bring the laboratory's researchers and doctoral students together to present and discuss their work, across the laboratory's research teams: process control and optimisation, energy networks and renewables, robot control and navigation, artificial vision, pattern recognition, and medical diagnosis.
There was plenty to discuss in 2025. That year, laboratory members published 24 impact-factor (JCR) journal articles in journals including Neural Networks, Information Fusion, Scientific Reports and IEEE Access, and four doctoral theses were defended.
This was one of two scientific meetings the laboratory organised in 2025, alongside the 22nd International Multi-Conference on Systems, Signals and Devices (SSD'2025) in Monastir.
